If you are using a Mundschenk Mash Tun (Klarstein) or Braumeister or similar then Mash with 23 litres of water
Once Mash is complete raise malt pipe and add water over mash to increase water level to 27 / 28 litres.
Begin boil adding hops as per schedule.
Once boil is complete, cool to 20 degrees and drain off in fermentation vessel and add yeast.
Ferment until complete.
