Description
The Malt Miller Brew Day in a box recipe kits have been developed to make brewing with the very best ingredients as easy as possible. Each kit contains all the ingredients required, crushed malt, hops, style specific yeast and priming sugar. Plus, kettle finings, yeast nutrient and where applicable vegan finings. Full instructions for brewing beer from grain as well as a recipe specific brew sheet.
Cascade jumps out of the glass with its citrus, orange, marmalade notes. This classic hop kick started the craft beer scene in the USA and deserves its place in the range of beer kits weve curated for you. Coupled with a clean yeast strain and simple but malty grain bill, you’ll want to keep going back for more and more pints!
Once packaged, this beer needs a shorter conditioning time of a week or two (depending on if you bottle condition) and enjoyed on warm evenings with friends!

So pleased with my beer. Genuinely think better and more balanced than most commercial APAs.

First ever brew on the Grainfather G30 and it came out perfectly. Clear, nicely hopped and 5.6% ABV. Couldn’t have gone better.

Decided to go with this as my first all grain brew. Couldn’t have worked out better. The beer is so nice to drink, friends have asked that I brew this one again. So will be buying this just to make sure I can repeat it. It’s a very straightforward kit. One one hop type. One bag of grain. Instructions are great and everything you need comes in one box. Perfect. I purchased bottled water, which no doubt helped the flavour. Given the price I feel this deserves all of its five stars.

A really straightforward beer to brew. Looks great in the glass. Has a subtle but really nice hop aroma. Definitely worth paying attention to the water chemistry on this one – my hard tap water would not have delivered such a great beer.
