True To Style – All Grain Recipe Kits #8 – American Pale with US Cascade

These all grain kits are all designed with one thing in mind, making great tasting beer at affordable prices. We’ve built and created this range to offer our first “core” range of all grain kits that represent either great ingredients, methods or beer styles which we adore.

All of them are 23 litre batches and come in at sensible strengths for the mid week beers or sessions at the weekend! Read our full blog post on this range here!

Cascade jumps out of the glass with its citrus, orange, marmalade notes. This classic hop kick started the craft beer scene in the USA and deserves its place in the range of beer kits weve curated for you. Coupled with a clean yeast strain and simple but malty grain bill, you’ll want to keep going back for more and more pints!

Once packaged, this beer needs a shorter conditioning time of a week or two (depending on if you bottle condition) and enjoyed on warm evenings with friends!

This beer will benefit from finings being aded to the kettle to help clarity of the finished beer.
