This kit has everything you need to convert a fridge into a fully kitted kegerator. All you need to add is a fridge, a CO2 bottle, and your beer!

We’ve designed this kit so it’s easy to set up for those that are new to kegs, and with quality in mind rather than skimping, so you’ll be pouring perfect pints in no time.

Optional Products:

1 x Sodastream adapter for regulator – this allows you to run your kegs from a Sodastream CO2 bottle rather than a full size 6.3kg or 3.2kg bottle – ideal for taking kegs to parties and events

This kit contains:

2 x Used refurbished 19 litre Stainless Keg – GRADE 1

1 x  Premium ODL Bottle Mounted CO2 Regulator – with fine adjustment of pressure so you can dial in the perfect serving pressure. Plus a John Guest line splitter allowing CO2 to both kegs.

3/8 beer/gas line x 4 meters

2 x duotight 3/8″ Ball Lock Disconnect – Black + Yellow Liquid to connect to the 3/8 beer lines

2 x duotight 3/8″ Ball Lock Disconnect – Grey + Red For Gas Post to connect to the CO2 regulator

2x stainless steel long shank and kegerator tap plus Duotight push fit fitting for beer line

1x tap shank spanner to tighten everything up

2 x beer tap brush and plug to keep your taps protected when not in use

1 x bottle keg and tap sanitiser

Check out the video below to see us building a kegerator. The contents of the kit used in the video are slightly different but the process is the same.

Your kegs will be inside the fridge keeping cool, hooked up to the taps in the door for serving, with your CO2 bottle outside. You could buy a new fridge or more likely rescue a secondhand one from eBay or Gumtree!

First you’ll need to drill two 22mm holes through the door of your fridge (one for each tap). Screw the taps onto the shanks, then slot the shanks through your holes and add the rubber washer and hex nuts to secure the tap to the door. Add the John Guest screw fitting to the back of the shank inside the door.

For each tap, use 3/8 tubing to connect from the John Guest fitting on the shank to the Yellow disconnect that goes on the product out post on each keg.

For the gas line, connect a short run, 2″ or so, of 3/8 tubing to your regulator, then use the John Guest splitter to feed the gas lines to the red and black disconnects that fit onto the gas in post on each keg

NOTE:

As with any purchase of equipment which is going to come into contact with wort or beer we would always recommend you carry out your own cleaning and sanitisation process before using to remove any manufacturing oils and reduce risk of any infection of your brew.
