Made this up as a quick beer for Christmas (normally do extract brewing but was short on time). It’s come out thin, lacking flavour and a totally different colour. The process is so simple I can’t see where I would have gone wrong.

Hey Andy. There is a big difference in beer quality between kits and brewing with extract as you have found out. However, if you leave it for an extra amount of time, probs 4 weeks or so it does improve. If you want quick beer that is all grain in quality then Fresh Wort Kits are the way forward.

This was a great drink, I let it condition for around 5 weeks and keg/force carbed it and it was great. Definitely buy it for this Christmas.
