30 Litre polypropene food grade plastic vessel with stainless steel 2 piece tap and hose barb, hop filter and 40mm hole cut for the included 2.4kw kettle element. The element is simple to fit and remove by the user allowing for quick and simple cleaning.

This vessel can be used as a Hot Liquor Tun ( HLT ), Sparge water heater for an all in one brewing system such as a Grainfather G40 or a stand along brew in the bag set up. Check out our Beavertown Neck Oil clone recipe

When affixing the element have the silicone O Ring on the inside of the vessel. The back nut is hand tight, hold the back nut still and finally tighten twisting the element. Do not over tighten as it will splay the O ring. Alway leak test with water before brewing. Never allow the element to be live without being covered by liquid.

Use the included PTFE tape on the threads of the valve, the red O ring goes on the inside with the stainless washer on the outside of the vessel.

A small hole with grommet has been added to the lid so that pressure does not build up in the vessel. Do not boil with the lid in place.
