Description

5 Litre Kitchen Brewer – Pro Bundle with Pressure Fermentation

Everything you need to home brew small-scale 5-litre batches of all-grain beer  — with the option to explore advanced fermentation and kegging techniques.

To get you started, we’ve included a 12-litre stainless steel brewing kettle made from the same 304 stainless steel used in professional breweries. It features a built-in thermometer, tap and heavy-duty lid. You’ll also find a durable stainless steel grain basket for mashing — allowing you to apply heat during the mash without the risk of scorching a nylon bag, and making it simple to lift the grain out when you’re done.

Once your wort is ready, the kit equips you to ferment using more modern methods. It includes Kegland’s Oxebar kegs, enabling you to experiment with pressure fermentation — ideal for producing clean, fast lagers or modern, hop-forward styles such as New England IPAs and pale ales. The included Kegland Spund G2 spunding valve gives you full control over fermentation pressure: set it to around 15 PSI for warm-temperature lager fermentation, or around 3 PSI for low-oxygen ale fermentations that keep delicate hop aromatics intact.

We’ve also included a second Oxebar keg to make packaging simple and oxygen-free. Once fermentation is complete, just clean, sanitise and purge the empty keg (and the jumper line) with CO₂. Connect both yellow liquid posts using the included jumper line, and use CO₂ to gently push your finished beer from the fermenter keg into the serving keg. This cleanly transfers only the clear beer, leaving behind any hops and yeast that have settled out.

When it’s time to enjoy your beer, the kit includes everything you need to carbonate and serve from the Oxebar. You’ll find a Kegland 360 Core Actuator Regulator, 16 g CO₂ bulbs to get you started (with the option to upgrade to a SodaStream cylinder later – please note Sodasteam Bottle NOT INCLUDED), a Nukatap Mini with flow-control disconnect for smooth pouring, and a neoprene jacket to keep your keg insulated during fermentation or serving.

12 litre brewing kettle

Brewing 20-litre batches isn’t practical for everyone, and lack of space often puts people off trying all-grain brewing at home. This bundle solves that by giving you a compact, professional-quality setup that lets you brew, ferment, package and enjoy exceptional beer on a small scale — no compromise on flavour or technique.

We also have a range of helpful videos on our YouTube channel to guide you through brewing smaller batches. You can explore them here.

To make things even easier, we’ve curated a collection of all-grain recipe kits tailored specifically for this system. Many are adapted from our bestselling full-size recipes, re-designed to work perfectly on a 5-litre scale.
