About The Air Still from Still Spirits

A compact, sleek stainless steel still for those who want a no fuss way of distilling water, spirits or essential oils. A compact system which is easy to move and operate from any kitchen, boat or campervan.

The Still Spirits Air Still is an air-cooled pot still that allows you to distill small batches of flavourful spirits with up to 60% ABV. Ideal for beginners. 

Compact and easy to use wherever and whenever you want. It fits nicely on your kitchen countertop and stores easily in cabinetry or pantries. The Air Still is equipped with an efficient, built-in fan that blows air over the coils to cool and condense the vapour into liquid. No separate water source is required. A botanical basket, purchased separately, can be used for crafting gin.

We’ve included everything you will need to get going and producing high quality spirits. We have included the following items:

1. Still Spirits AirStill
2. 16lt Plastic fermenter bucket with tap, airlock and pre-drilled holes.
3. Hydrometer
4. Alcometer
5. Glass Trial Jar
6. Plastic Jug
7. Ceramic Boil Enhancers
8. Plastic Spoon (long handled)
9. 5l Plastic Bucket to collect distillate in
10. Cleaning powder
11. Sanitiser
12. Distilling Conditioner

We’ve also included all the ingredients to get your first sugar wash on to make clean, neutral spirit:

1. Air Still Fermentation Kit – Yeast, Nutrient, Activated Charcoal and Clearing Agents. (Contains Crustaceans)
2. 3kg Brewing Sugar (Dextrose)

This is enough to produce a 10l-12l sugar wash which will result in apx 3-4 700lm bottles of finished spirit, when diluted to 40%ABV.

Once you’re up and running we have everything else you’ll need to progress in the art of distillation. We have an array of different sugars and malt extracts for you to use to make many different types of flavoursome spirits or we have essences and bases to make all your much loved beverages, perfect for the home mixologist!
