Brewing Process & Uniqueness

London Black brings together two great brewing traditions. The first is London’s historic porter heritage, a style that once made the capital famous throughout the world. The second is the modern use of nitrogen conditioning, creating an exceptionally smooth texture and dense creamy head.

Carefully selected dark malts provide layers of coffee, chocolate and gentle roast character, while subtle hopping adds balance and a hint of red fruit complexity. The nitrogen softens the beer’s texture, enhancing drinkability and creating the luxurious mouthfeel that has become London Black’s trademark.
