The Brewtools B180 Mash Tun is designed to expand your Brewtools B180 into a more capable 2-vessel brewing system, increasing malt capacity and improving workflow for larger batches and high gravity brewing.

By moving the mash into a dedicated external vessel, the B180 Mash Tun increases the system’s malt capacity and removes the need to lift the malt pipe with a crane. It is ideal for brewers who want to push the B180 further, brew stronger beers, improve process flexibility or make larger brew days more manageable.

Expand Your B180 to a 2-Vessel System

The B180 Mash Tun has been designed specifically for the Brewtools B180 Brewing System. It turns the B180 into a more flexible 2-vessel setup, giving you a dedicated mash vessel alongside the main brewing system.

This is especially useful for high gravity brewing, larger grain bills and brewers who want an easier way to handle spent grain after the mash.

Easy Spent Grain Removal

The tank comes with a grain door and malt chute, making it much easier to empty spent grains at the end of the mash. This removes the need to lift a heavy malt pipe and helps make larger brew days more practical.

Integrated FCS Brew Pump

The B180 Mash Tun includes an integrated FCS Brew Pump, which connects to your B180 system. The pump is automatically controlled by an integrated top level sensor, helping manage wort flow during the mash process.

CleanCore 3-Way Valve and Centre Pipe Recirculation

The mash tun uses the same bottom CleanCore 3-way valve as the B180. Wort is circulated over the grain bed through the centre pipe, giving a clean, controlled and practical mash recirculation setup.
