The Brewtools B50 Stackable Mash Tun is designed to expand your Brewtools B50 into a more capable 2-vessel brewing system, increasing malt capacity and improving workflow for larger batches and high gravity brewing.

Wort is sent up to the mash tun through the centre pipe connection and circulated over the grain bed. The flow back down into the B50 tank is adjusted using the included CleanCore Pinch Valve, giving you a controlled and practical mash setup.

Increase the Malt Capacity of Your B50

The B50 Stackable Mash Tun allows you to expand what your B50 can do without moving to a larger brewing system. With an 18kg grain capacity, it is ideal for brewers who want to brew stronger beers, increase recipe flexibility or push the B50 beyond the limits of the standard malt pipe.

The mash tun is designed to stack above the B50, creating a compact expanded brewing setup while keeping the system footprint practical.

Centre Pipe Recirculation

Wort is pumped from the B50 up through the centre pipe connection and distributed over the grain in the mash tun. This creates a dedicated mash vessel above the main system, with wort flowing back down into the B50 tank during the mash process.

CleanCore Pinch Valve Control

The included CleanCore Pinch Valve is used to adjust the flow back down into the B50 tank. This gives you simple, effective control of wort movement through the mash tun and helps support a more consistent mash process.

Integrated Top-Level Sensor

The B50 Stackable Mash Tun includes an integrated top-level sensor. This automatically stops the pump if the tank is full, helping protect the system and giving additional confidence during recirculation.
