Description
Take the work out of cleaning cornelius kegs, carboys and brewing vessels with the bucket blaster.
The Bucket Blaster is a great way to get your kegs, fermenters, fermzilla, carboy’s or other brewery gear clean while you attend to other tasks.
Simply set up the keg washer basin with your cleaner or sanitiser, set a keg or carboy on over the jet nozzle, power up pump and let the keg washer do the work.
This unit comes with a 15L bucket which doubles as a storage container when you are not using the system. Some other keg washers come with a very small reservoir making it a pain to move, liquid spils over the sides easily and generally they just do not work as well. This unit has a large 15L bucket making it much less likely for you to spill liquid on your floor.
This system includes a 2000liter per hour pump, the 15L bucket, a powerful jet nozzle, 3/8 EVABarrier tubing, a duotight tee piece, a grey and black ball lock disconnect and the stainless stand. Some other keg washers have the ball lock disconnects and tee piece sold separately but this is included in the kit.
We would recommend then using Enzybrew 10 as your cleaning product with the washer or Chemclean , however please note that foaming cleaners will foam so it is not recommended to leave these running without supervision.
After this step do another quick rinse with water.
Then as your final step using a no rinse sanitiser such as Chemsan, again this is a foaming product so do not leave the washer running unsupervised.

A coupleof months ago I bought a 750g tub of Enzybrew together with the Bucket Blaster.
Previously my King Kegs and SSBrewtech stainless fermenter had been cleaned by hand. I thought I was doing a good job and things seemed clean.
How wrong I was! The Enzybrew/Bucket Blaster combination removed muck I didn’t know was there. The plastic kegs came up beautifully white inside. Over the years I’d just got used to them being off white, a bit brown.
The cooling coil in the fermenter looked to me as though it was tarnished. Odd as it’s stainless steel. Wrong again. A blast with the new cleaning combination took all the ‘tarnish’ off. Looks as good as new now.
I use about 8g/L of the Enzybrew in warm water and let the Bucket Blaster go to work on the kit. The Bucket blaster is a delight to use. Set it up, switch it on and leave it. Come back in an hour or so to a bucket full of mucky Enzybrew and super clean equipment
Very, very impressed. So pleased I bought the stuff.
If only it could be supplied in more sensible quantities. 750g isn’t much and the other alternative, 10Kg, is far too much. Ah well, perhaps one day 2.5Kg quantities will be available.
