Urban Haze from Elusive Brewing is a bright and easy-drinking Hazy Pale Ale brewed to showcase the vibrant character of freshly arrived 2026 crop Motueka hops.

Soft, juicy and packed with expressive hop flavour, this pale combines the zesty citrus edge of Motueka with the lush tropical character of Nectaron. The result is a hugely refreshing beer layered with lime zest, nectarine and ripe mango notes, all balanced by a gentle bitterness that keeps it endlessly drinkable.

Brewing Process & Uniqueness

Urban Haze is brewed using fresh 2026 crop Motueka hops, bringing vivid lime and citrus character that shines throughout the beer.

These are paired with Nectaron, a modern New Zealand hop variety known for its intense nectarine and tropical fruit profile. Together, the hops create a layered combination of citrus brightness and ripe fruit depth.

A soft, haze-friendly malt base supports the hop character without overwhelming it, while restrained bitterness keeps the beer crisp, balanced and highly drinkable.
