THE BOIL

Additions and timing:
15g Magnum at 60 minutes
20g Citra and 20g Amarillo at flameout
Secondary additions and timing:
Dry hop with 20g Citra and 20g Amarillo 1 day before either racking to secondary or packaging.
Yeast: German Lager Yeast – ensure you have the correct cell count required for cold fermentation. ( A starter maybe required)
Fermentation temperature/steps: Ferment at 14C for 2 weeks or until fermentation is complete. Raise to 16C for 1 day before gradually lowering the temperature to 3C over the course of 3-5 days
