Description
Following BrewCon in 2022 Richard Williams from the Dudes Brew YouTube Channel and The Hop Addition Podcast wanted to learn how best to use his samples of BarthHaas® Hop Products such as Spectrum and Incognito. He reached out to Stiffo and asked for some advice on an all grain kit and as such the recipe for Focal Spectrum was born!
This recipe takes inspiration from Focal Banger by The Alchemist but also showcases the new hop products in their glory! We have used Citra Incognito in whirlpool, Citra Spectrum in the Dry Hop and layered Mosaic Pure Hop Pellets through the process as well!
Expect a BIG juicy and full on beer with tons of citrus, mango and passionfruit across the flavours and aroma, plenty of body and residual sweetness.
