This is a Recipe created by Jo @ The Malt Miller for her first all grain brew. The recipe and brew is simple but the final product is packed full of flavour, not to dry but still crisp with the Citra flavour shining through.

Crisp Maris Otter Pale Ale (5000 grams)
Citra Pellets (100 grams)
WHC Saturated Yeast – 11g (1 packs)
Method
Beer Style (main): American Ales
Beer Style (sub): American-Style Pale Ale
Batch Size: 20 litres
Original Gravity: 1.043
Final Gravity: 1.020
ABV %: 4.3
IBU: 25.00

Additions and timing:
10g Citra @ 60min
10g Citra @ 20min
20g Citra @ flame out – 10min hop stand (80c)
Secondary additions and timing:
60g Citra Dry Hop – Post primary fermentation for 4 days then cold crash
Yeast: WHC Saturated
Fermentation temperature/steps: 20c for 8 days or till FG is reached, then cold cash
Comments:
Choose fine crush if BIAB
Crushed if using Grainfather
