Description
The Keg Washer from Keg King is an affordable, efficient, and easy solution to clean kegs, carboys, and fermenters.
Simply assemble, then add warm cleaning solution into the bucket provided. The pump blasts the cleaning solution throughout your dirty equipment, removing sediment and residue with ease.
Using a keg washer can really speed up the process of cleaning kegs or fermenters.
First step would be to rinse your keg with water to remove any sludge or sediment.
We would recommend then using Enzybrew 10 as your cleaning product with the washer or Chemclean , however please note that foaming cleaners will foam so it is not recommended to leave these running without supervision.
After this step do another quick rinse with water.
Then as your final step using a no rinse sanitiser such as Chemsan, again this is a foaming product so do not leave the washer running unsupervised.

Brilliant bit of kit, makes keg cleaning so much easier. Definitely upgrade the quick connects. One happy home brewer.

Ok changing the set up from keg washing to a simple CIP ball wash is a bit of a phaff…BUT this is a brilliant and very simple piece of kit that any home brewer from the wort kit beginner to the veteran full grain brewer should have. I’ve just finished a 2 day brewing session with 6 fermenters being used. As the guys say in the video it’s so easy just to set up a cleaning & santising production line whilst you can concentrate on the brewing. Its not just a nice to have, its an essential piece of kit.

I am very happy with this. A little bit of a faff to setup, but if you have a couple of kegs to clean it is a breeze!

Ok with actual cleaning and very good in principle. However incredibly difficult to connect the tubes together initially. Also the beer out connect is almost impossible to disconnect after 5-10 mins use. I have to employ a spanner and screwdriver to prize it off! I think the disconnects are of very poor quality. A geat pity to save a few bob spoiling a good item.
