How to Brew

1. Sanitise

Thoroughly clean and sanitise all brewing equipment before use.

2. Add Extract

Place the pouch in warm water to soften, then pour contents into the fermenter.

3. Add Fermentables

Add your chosen sugar, malt extract or beer enhancer and mix thoroughly with hot water.

4. Top Up

Add cold water to reach the target volume (typically 23L).

5. Pitch Yeast

Once the wort reaches fermentation temperature, add the included M24 Versa Lager yeast.

6. Ferment

Ferment between 18–22°C until final gravity is stable.

7. Add Hops

Add the included Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops during the final stage of fermentation as instructed.

8. Package & Condition
