Equipment Required

To brew this kit you will typically need:

• Fermenter with airlock
• Sanitiser
• Hydrometer
• Stirring spoon
• Syphon
• Bottles, caps or keg

How to Brew

1. Sanitise

Clean and sanitise all brewing equipment thoroughly before use.

2. Add Extract

Stand the pouch in warm water to soften contents, then pour into the fermenter.

3. Add Fermentables

Add your chosen brewing sugar, malt extract or beer enhancer and mix thoroughly with hot water.

4. Top Up

Add cold water to reach the target volume (typically 23L).

5. Pitch Yeast

Once the wort reaches fermentation temperature, add the included yeast.

6. Ferment

Ferment between 20–24°C until fermentation is complete and gravity is stable.

7. Package

Bottle or keg the ginger beer with priming sugar for carbonation.

8. Condition & Enjoy

Allow time to carbonate and condition before serving chilled.
