I made a complete mess of this beer, added way too much water, it turned out at about 4%.. however it was still a stunning lager, I will definitely give it another go 👍🏻

I started to brew this, and due to a holiday forgot all about this brew in the shed! But the extra time paid dividends, crystal clear, white head, slight carbonation and an exceptional flavour! The best brew I have ever made, thoroughly recommended!!

well I have to say this recipe is amazing best one so far . I followed instructions but left mine 4 days to be sure then left in garage to cool for 5 days then I used the keg land filter system and wow crystal clear pilsner and the taste is amazing I won’t be leaving this to mature at all .
