Quite possibly the best homebrew I have made yet. First time using a new all in one system (Robobrew) led to a very fraught brew day, including forgetting to take a gravity reading, and I was pretty fed up by the end and expecting the worst. Two weeks in the fermenter, then bottled and left for another two weeks. First bottle poured a with lovely, thick and creamy head that lasted down the pint. The beer tastes excellent, a big malty chocolate flavour with plenty of hop in evidence. Really pleased with this one.

lovely rounded and full bodied, balanced with moderate hops and malt. 2nd brew with my new grainfather G30 and into a ss brew bucket, then into a corny keg and served on 60:40 beer gas in a kegerator- lovely head! Took a while to reach FG, but worth the wait.

Fantastic brew. Beautiful body, amazing complex flavour profile. Even my wife loves it! one of the best I’ve done… lovely recipe… will be back for this a a baseline, maybe some tweaks… SS brwbucket & G30…
