Ocean Size from Siren Craft Brew is a lush and expressive 5.1% New England Pale Ale inspired by the vast beauty and endless depth of the open sea.

Soft, opaque and packed with hop character, this hazy pale rolls across the palate with wave after wave of tropical fruit and citrus. A carefully selected combination of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7 and Citra creates a layered profile bursting with juicy intensity while remaining smooth, balanced and highly drinkable.

Generous in flavour and beautifully soft in texture, Ocean Size is a modern hazy pale built for repeat pours.

Flavour Profile

Taste: Mango, passionfruit and ripe citrus layered with white grape and soft tropical sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, pillowy and softly hazy.
Finish: Juicy, refreshing and gently balanced with low bitterness.

Aroma

Bright aromas of tropical fruit, citrus zest and gooseberry rise from the glass, backed by subtle dankness and soft stone fruit.

Brewing Process & Uniqueness

Ocean Size is brewed with a haze-friendly grain bill of malted barley, oats and wheat, creating the beer’s signature smooth texture and glowing opacity.

The hop blend combines the tropical punch of Galaxy, the white grape and gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin, the juicy complexity of Idaho 7, and the citrus brightness of Citra. Together they create a deeply layered and saturated hop profile while maintaining balance and drinkability.

The result is a New England Pale Ale that feels soft, expansive and intensely flavourful without becoming heavy.

Serve at: 6–8°C in a tulip or IPA glass.

Siren Craft Brew was born in 2013 with a simple idea in mind: to introduce exciting, full-flavoured and forward-thinking beers to as many people as possible.

There are now six Sirens of Siren Craft Brew. These Sirens characterise our flagship beers. They’re adventurous but drinkable, designed to be accessible to those lured into craft beer, yet flavourful enough for those seasoned beer fans to return to time and time again.

In addition, we have a prolific brewing schedule, with over 100 releases planned in 2019 alone. We are lucky enough to have been named the ‘Best Brewer in England’ by Ratebeer users in 2015, and added to that with a Supreme Champion Beer of Britain award by CAMRA this year in 2018.
