Description
Milson Sauvin – Sureshot Brewing
Crunchy. Juicy. New Zealand Nice.
Beer Overview
Milson Sauvin is Sureshot Brewing’s New Zealand twist on their beloved hazy pale, released as part of the wonderfully chaotic celebrations of Milson Day.
This 5.2% Pale Ale takes the soft, juicy foundation of classic Milson and supercharges it with heaps of Nelson Sauvin, layered alongside familiar favourites Mosaic and Citra. The result is a bright, hazy pale bursting with crunchy white grape, gooseberry and citrus character, all wrapped up in that signature smooth Milson drinkability.
It’s like Milson went backpacking around New Zealand and came back significantly more aromatic.
Flavour Profile
Taste: White grape, gooseberry and citrus layered with soft tropical fruit and subtle sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, hazy and easy drinking.
Finish: Crisp, juicy and gently balanced with refreshing hop character.

Bright aromas of white grape, lime citrus and tropical fruit leap from the glass, backed by soft haze and juicy hop saturation.
Brewing Process & Uniqueness
Milson Sauvin starts with the familiar soft malt base and hazy profile of the original Milson before introducing a heavy dose of Nelson Sauvin hops.
Known for its unmistakable white grape and gooseberry character, Nelson Sauvin brings a vibrant New Zealand edge that works beautifully alongside the tropical fruit punch of Mosaic and Citra. The result is a pale ale that feels both fresh and familiar—soft, juicy and packed with expressive hop aroma.
Part of the brewery’s playful Milson Day series, this beer proves there are apparently endless ways to improve a dog named Milson.
