Description
Passion Fruit Milson – Sureshot Brewing
Tangy. Tropical. Ridiculously Drinkable.
Beer Overview
Passion Fruit Milson is another gloriously unnecessary addition to Sureshot Brewing’s wonderfully silly Milson Daylineup—taking their beloved hazy pale and giving it an extra hit of tropical intensity.
Built on the juicy foundation of classic Milson, this 5.2% fruited pale ale layers real passion fruit over the signature dry hop of Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy. The result is brighter, tangier and even more tropical, with the fruit adding a vibrant zing that perfectly complements the soft haze and juicy hop profile.
It’s Milson on holiday. Shirt unbuttoned. Sunglasses on indoors.
Flavour Profile
Taste: Passionfruit, mango and citrus with juicy tropical sweetness and a tangy fruit edge.
Mouthfeel: Soft, smooth and lightly creamy.
Finish: Refreshing, fruity and gently zippy with low bitterness.
Aroma
Huge tropical aromas burst from the glass—fresh passionfruit, citrus zest and ripe mango layered over soft hop haze.
Brewing Process & Uniqueness
Passion Fruit Milson starts with the same soft, hazy base as the original Milson, featuring a generous dry hop of Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy for saturated tropical flavour.
The addition of real passion fruit amplifies the beer’s bright tropical profile, adding a sharp, juicy tang that lifts the whole beer without overwhelming it. The fruit works seamlessly with the hop bill, creating a pale ale that feels fresh, vibrant and incredibly easy to drink.
Part of the brewery’s playful Milson Day series, this release fully embraces the fun side of modern craft beer while still delivering serious flavour.
