Description
The Malt Miller Brew Day in a box recipe kits have been developed to make brewing with the very best ingredients as easy as possible. Each kit contains all the ingredients required, crushed malt, hops, style specific yeast and priming sugar. Plus, kettle finings, yeast nutrient and where applicable vegan finings. Full instructions for brewing beer from grain as well as a recipe specific brew sheet.
This recipe is all about showcasing the team favourite hop, Centennial. With its classic west coast profile, Centennial brings top notes of lemon in the aroma but then packs in dank pine and resin to balance itself out. It’s the perfect hop for a single hop pale or IPA and we had to include it into this range.

An easy brew, and an easy drink. Darker than I expected but with a good mouth feel and lovely flavour. Considering the price, this is a cracking beer

I can’t stop drinking it! This is the second “True to Style” kit that I have brewed and it hasn’t disappointed. Really nice flavour and very moreish.

These Brew day boxes are great for a complete novice like myself. A great way to start all grain brewing!

Is this meant to be a hazy ale? I bought hoping that it wasn’t. Some are listed as hazy, others are not. I can’t abide hazy ales. Now it’s fermenting and it looks like beige yoghurt and it’s got me worried. Can you please state if it’s hazy or not in your description? If it looks hazy, the whole lot is going in the drain. 🙁
Robert Neale –
Hey Kester, generally something that is described as West Cost would be a clearer end product. You can, in both home brewed and commercial examples have a slight haze but, nothing like a “hazy”. Think you maybe a little early in the fermenting process to judge what the final beer will come out like.
