Description
Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast. Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavour, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 66-70°F
