Secret Clubhouse is an rare open-sourced IPA blend devised with the wisdom of the community at the r/homebrewing subreddit.

Modeled after a brewery’s legendary house blend for hazy IPAs, Secret Clubhouse will give you the familiar English esters that are popular in hazy IPAs with a dash of tropical Belgian esters and phenolics. It’s the extra something your hazy IPAs need!

• Type: Blend of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, including var. diastaticus
• Pitching Rate: Directly pitchable into 5 gallons of 1.050 or lower wort at ale temperatures.
• Estimated Attenuation: 70%-77%
• Estimated Final pH: 4.1-4.3
• Flavor/Aroma Profile: English fruit and pear esters, faint Belgian phenolics, tropical fruit
• Flocculation: Medium
• Recommended Fermentation Temperature: Ale Range: 65F-72F (18C-22C)
