Ecliptic is a bright, refreshing Hoppy Lager showcasing Eclipse hops from start to finish. A light, crisp malt profile allows layers of sweet mandarin, citrus peel and subtle tropical fruit to shine, while Blitz Lager yeast delivers a clean finish that keeps every pint dangerously drinkable.

If you enjoy contemporary lagers with plenty of hop character but all the refreshment of a traditional lager, this one deserves a place in your fermenter.

Gravity Well – Hazy Pale Ale

Soft, juicy and packed with flavour.

Gravity Well combines Eclipse and Galaxy to create a hazy pale bursting with ripe peach, passionfruit, citrus and tropical fruit. A grain bill of Low Colour Maris Otter, wheat, flaked oats and Golden Naked Oats creates a pillowy mouthfeel, while WHC Haze Heaven yeast leaves just enough residual sweetness to support the huge hop character.

The result is an easy-drinking hazy pale that delivers plenty of flavour without overwhelming bitterness.

Each kit contains all the ingredients required, crushed malt, hops, style specific yeast and priming sugar. Plus, kettle finings, yeast nutrient and where applicable vegan finings.
