Description

Fresh from the brewdio, Jonny has managed to get one hell of an exclusive and has arranged a colab with no other than Vinnie Cilurzo, owner and brewer at the world renowned Russian River Brewing in Santa Rosa.

NOTE: This is a 30L batch, please ensure your equipment can handle this volume. This will lead to roughly 24L in the FV. The hops have also been adjusted to account for using T90 in place of Cryo which are not available.

15g Chinook at 60 mins
10g Centennial at 45 mins
20g Cascade at 30 mins
35g Chinook at 10 mins
30g Simcoe at 10 mins
20g Cascade at 10 mins
20g Centennial at 10 mins
Teaspoon Irish Moss at 10 mins and nutrient

30min WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND

70g Simcoe at 30 mins
40g Amarillo at 30 mins
20g Cascade at 30 mins
20g Centennial at 30 mins

Secondary additions and timing:

DRY HOP at final gravity

100g Simcoe
60g Amarillo
50g Centennial
50g Cascade

Dry hop at 15C and hold for 48 hours. Cold crash and hold for 24 hours, then dump and hold til tasty and/or clear

Yeast: WLP001 – recommended 3 packets due to gravity and volume or one pack and very large starter – NOT INCLUDED
Fermentation temperature/steps: Pitch yeast and ferment at 18C til 1014 then raise to 21C until final gravity, then reduce to 15c for dry hop

We have left the yeast optional on this kit, as it would be recommended that you use 3 packets of White Labs WLP001 based on batch size and gravity, or add one pack and build the correct size starter at home.
