The grain is crushed slightly finer to allow for maximum efficiency when mashing.

Start chilling your wort immediately after the 30min boil.
Allow to fully ferment before packaging.
If possible, add your fermenter to a fridge for 24 hours before packing, this helps with the clarity of your finished beer.
