Comments:
A stunning West Coast IPA.
With this Premium Recipe kit you get the liquid yeast from the Yeast Bay that is ‘rumoured’ to be the exact same strain that Bells brewery uses.
This kit brews 19 litre clone of Bells new best selling Light Hearted. Enjoy all the benefits of a light beer and lower calories, aromatic, balanced, and incredibly easy-drinking. Centennial and Galaxy hops result in citrus and pine aromas, while a variety of specialty malts help give Light Hearted its body and flavour.
Note: if you are brewing this on a Grainfather G30 you will need to use the micro pipe work due to the total volume of grain being 3513g

A superbly drinkable session beer, light yet still very hop-forward. The galaxy really shines through. Defo one that I’ll be doing again

Brewed this a couple of times turns out really well especially with liquid yeast. Nice session pale ale. Will brew again.

As good a kit as the original. Great value. Finished slightly drier than expected, so I’ll maybe ferment a degree cooler next time. Superbly crushable and delicious.
