What do you brew when you hear about Strata being the most dank and resinous new hop around?
You brew a resinous, piney, sticky West Coast IPA in the truest sense with a classic malt bill that delivers warm caramel notes to back it all up of course. If you’re a fan of our Two Hearted recipe then this could just about be your new favourite beer, it certainly is for us.

With this Recipe kit you get a liquid yeast, nitrogen flushed hops, and all your grain weighed out, to brew 19L of the most drinkable West Coast IPA, just watch out though as it still comes in at 7% and will catch you out.
Although this recipe comes out as a great balanced hoppy beer some have asked about adding more hops, if this is something you are thinking about our recommendation would be simply another 100g of Strata on the dry hop (not included).
