Yeast: WLP077 Tropicale yeast Blend – Thiol Releasing Non-GMO
Fermentation temperature/steps: Ferment at 68°F (20°C) until complete and gravity has stabilized, then add dry hops for 3–5 days. Crash, remove or rack off sediment, package, and carbonate.

Brewed this as per recipe, brew went well – i think the grain bill has too high crystal to let the thiol enhancing yeast shine. Obviously a side by side would be the ideal way of seeing the difference, but this just produces a fairly bog basic old school WC IPA. Needed extra dry hopping to make it appealing.
