Description
Tree House Brewing Company are famous for producing juicy, murky IPA’s, usually high in alcohol but unusually, with some bitterness. This makes them extremely drinkable, even at 7% ABV.
The yeast choice for this type of beer is extremely important which is why we have left options for the brewer. Tree House recommend Wyeast 1318 London Ale III and this would be our choice. However, great results can be had using the dry VERDANT yeast from Lallemand. If using the dry yeast, 2 sachets are required.
