Doombar Mini Mash£26.00
The most popular cask beer in the UK is Sharps Doom bar, the recipe of which is kept as very guarded secret. After lots of research to find hints of the recipe online and brewing test batches this is our interpretation of that beer as a Mini Mash Kit.
Easy to brew at home with minimal equipment investment using malt extract and steeping select grains. Check out our video on how to do a mini mash at home.

Escarpment Årset Kveik Blend BB: 27/07/2021£13.49
This kveik yeast was sourced from Jakob Årset, on the farm Årset in Eidsdal, Norway. The overall flavour profile is similar to the Hornindal Kveik Blend, but this blend exhibits a broad temperature range (we have heard of sub-15ºC) and tolerates acidic wort quite well.
Escarpment Berliner Brett I BB: 26/06/2021£13.49
This strain of Brettanomyces anomalus works well in traditional style Berliners, and anywhere subtle, refined Brett character is desired. It shows restrained funk, and the fruit profile tends toward citrus and white wine.
Escarpment Ebbegarden Kveik Blend BB: 20/07/2021.£13.49
This kveik yeast blend from Stordal was sourced from Jens Aage Øvrebust. This blend displays prominent fruity esters, leaning toward tropical guava and mango, lending well to traditional as well as modern aromatic styles like NEIPA. Note that this blend does accentuate hop bitterness, so we recommend adjusting wort production to only use hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. Read More
