    I used this yeast to make a couple of pseudo lagers, I fermented at 30c for 3 days, raised to 32c for two days and cold crashed. The results were unbelievable, a perfectly clean tasting lager that still allowed a nice pilsner tasting hop bitterness. Without doubt the best two batches of lager I have made.

    Ive ran a few batches with this, (I harvested after the first batch and pitched twice from storage) I have ran both at 30c with no pressure, both lager styles. Finished fermenting in 3-4 days. Bottle condition at 25c and is fully Carbed in less than a week. The results are fantastic, no esters / flavours, no diacetyl, just a super clean taste. I’m not sure I could ever use a different strain. Great for anything where you want the grain or hops to shine
