The FermZilla Gen 3.2 is an amazing way to develop your skills in Home Brew Beer, it allows the brewer to ferment under pressure and also brew in a low oxygen environment, allowing for mastery of more complex beer styles such as lager and New England IPA (NEIPA) and New England Pale Ales.

Now in its 3rd generation, KegLand have honed this product ever since the first model was launched. Listening to customer feedback has resulted in this very latest model which includes Tri Clamp fitting for the bottom of the tank, butterfly valve and collection container. This makes assembly and disassembly very quick and easy.

Now with 3 Inch Tri-Clover ferrule moulded into the tank and a 600mL Collection container with a 3 Inch Tri-clover connection, the gold standard for sanitary design and effortless removal. This unit was born from customer feedback we received on the Gen2 Model. No more complicated dump valve designs here, just simplicity. Brew with confidence on the new Tri-Clover FermZilla Range.

That’s exactly what we’ve achieved with our Ultimate FermZilla Gen 3.2 Bundle. This bundle includes everything you need to connect your FermZilla to a glycol chiller of your choice, allowing for full temperature control. Additionally, it features the powerful Hop Bong, which enables you to add dry hops conveniently and in a low-oxygen environment—something that anyone brewing juicy, hazy beers will appreciate.

Included in this bundle is:

• 2″ Tri – Clamp Hop Bong Pressure Pack for FermZilla to fit to the head of your FermZilla, , allowing for pressure fermentation (Spunding Valve required for safety and pressure control) and Oxygen Free Dry Hopping
• Temp Twister 9.5mm (3/8′) Stainless Glycol Cooling / Heating Coil Kit
• 60cm Thermowell with Duotight Bulkhead 
• FermZilla – 2 Inch TC Pressure Glycol Lid Starter Kit – Predrilled

• 2 x RED FermZilla – Liquid/Gas Post Plastic Carbonation Cap  to allow for rousing of hops through the collection vessel and also purging if collecting yeast or hop dumping

You will need to select a Spunding Valve of your choice to complete this system from the options above, we have either the BlowTie Spunding Valve Kit or the BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve/Pressure Relief with Integrated Gauge. This will ensure you can dial in the exact pressure you require for the beer style of your choice.

To connect this to your temperature control system of choice you will need to consider which system you are using. I you are using the Grainfather equipment such as the GC2 or GC4  Glycol Chiller then you will require their GCA (Glycol Chiller Adapter), which will give you instant access to Grainfather’s platform for temperature control and integrate to your Grainfather App. If you are using a larder fridge then we suggest you chose a RAPT temperature controller and the RAPT heat belt, which is ultra low watt density. The set up in this bundle will also work perfectly with the Kegland IceMaster Glycol Chiller and the RAPT head belt.

Finally to finish off the perfect set up you may wish to add a RAPT Pill to your system allowing you to monitor fermentation wirelessly and without the need to take many samples through the fermentation process.
